SBI Clerk Age Limit:
Candidates must not be below 20 years and not above 28 years as of 01 April 2025. Candidates must have been born between January 1, 2002, and February 2, 1994, inclusive (both days inclusive).
SBI Clerk Education Qualification:
- The candidate must hold a graduate degree in any field from an educational institute, or hold equivalent qualifications recognized as such by the Central Government.
- Candidates with integrated dual degree certification must make sure their date of passing their integrated dual degree is on or before the deadline for application submission.
SBI Clerk Nationality:
- A Citizen of India
- A subject of Nepal or
- A subject of Bhutan or
- A Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 to permanently settle in India or

SBI Clerk 2025 | Language Proficiency Test
- Candidates who pass the SBI Clerk Mains Exam 2025 are then eligible to move on to the Local Language Test, which is the next stage of the recruiting process.
- Candidates who can present evidence that they studied the chosen local language in their 10th or 12th grade do not need to take the language test.
- A particular local language test will be held for other successful candidates who do not have such a certificate. After provisional selection but before the joining process, this test will be conducted.
- Candidates will be disqualified and ineligible for further consideration if it is determined that they lack proficiency in the chosen local language.

The following three criteria must be met for a candidate to be selected in the final round of the SBI Clerk Junior Associate Selection Process which are the exam, mains exam, and Language proficiency test.
