IB Security Assistant Selection Process 2025
The IB Security Assistant Executive Selection Process 2025 consists of three stages: Tier I (Objective Test), Tier II (Descriptive + Language Test), and Tier III (Interview) and the Final selection is based on performance in Tier I and Tier III.
The selection will be conducted in three stages:
- Tier I: Objective CBT (Reasoning, GK, Maths, English)
- Tier II: Descriptive + Local Language Test (Qualifying)

IB Recruitment Tier 2 Exam Pattern:
Part 1 (Common for all candidates)
This will include the translation of a passage of 500 words from the local language/dialect to English and vice versa. This will be an offline descriptive test and will consist of 40 marks and the duration of the exam will be 1 hour.
Part 2 (Only for SA/Exe.)– Spoken ability. It will be assessed at the time of the Tier-III exam (Interview/ Personality test).
The Tier-II exam is qualifying in nature. The qualifying mark in Tier 2 is 20 out of 50 for SA/Exe.
