There are essentially two stages to the RSMSSB Junior Instructor Selection procedure, which are as follows:

Written Test

• There will be a written test of an objective format with 120 possible points. The authority is in place for a maximum of three hours. Part A and Part B are the two sections that make up the written exam. Subjects related to the individual trade make up Part A, whereas general knowledge is covered in Part B.

Skill Test

• Applicants must pass a skill test in the trade for which they are applying. Every post will have a different skill test. The qualification phase of the skill test is necessary for candidates to be considered for the RSMSSB Junior Instructor Posts.
