KVS NVS Recruitment 2025- Overview
KVS (Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan) is a recruitment authority under the Ministry of Education in India. It is primarily responsible for selecting various topic instructors around the country by holding exams at all KVS schools. This year, the KVS exam will be held to fill numerous teaching and non-teaching positions. KVS Exam Pattern 2025 Revised
This exam pattern is based on the previous KVS notification. There have been changes in the KVS 2025 Exam Pattern, which have been updated here.
KVS Exam Pattern For Primary Teacher
- Paper 1 or Tier 1 exam is common for all posts.
- KVS Tier 1 Paper is divided into 6 parts.
- There will be 100 questions for 300 marks in total.
- The duration of the test will be 120 minutes (2 hours).
- There will be negative marking for wrong answers in Tier-1; 1/3rd marks (i.e.1 marks) will be deducted for each wrong answer.
KVS Tier 2 Exam Pattern 2025
- Tier-2 for all the posts will be Subject Knowledge Examination (a combination of Pen-Paper and OMR-based)
- In objective-type questions in Tier-2, each question carries 1 mark, and there will also be negative marking for wrong answers; 1/4th marks (i.e., 0.25 marks) will be deducted for each wrong answer.

KVS Recruitment Syllabus 2025
Stage I of KVS recruitment will be an online written examination. The written examination will be conducted for 150 questions. Each question carries one mark. KVS Recruitment 2025 Admit Card
