RSMSSB Gram Vikas Adhikari Eligibility Criteria 2025

Educational Qualification
- A bachelor’s degree from any recognised university.
- An “O” Level certificate or a higher qualification conducted by the Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC), functioning under the Department of Electronics, Government of India. OR
- A certificate in Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA) or Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) issued under the authority of the National Council or State Council for Vocational Training. OR
- A Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Application from a university established under Indian law. OR
- An RSCIT certificate (Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology) is offered by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota, under the administration of the Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited (RKCL).
