NABARD Assistant Manager 2023 Salary

The official body will pay candidates according to their roles and responsibilities assigned to them. The commission will also increased the salary based on experience and the working category. Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.44,500/- p.m. in the scale of Rs. 44500 – 2500 (4) – 54500 – 2850 (7) – 74450 – EB – 2850 (4)– 85850 – 3300 (1) – 89150 (17 Years). Candidates will also be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. The selection process for the exam contains 3 phases-

A candidate can apply for Assistant Manager (RDBS) by following all the eligibility criterion. Candidates cannot apply for any other discipline and vice versa they can only apply for 1 Discipline of their choice. However, if a candidate summited multiple applications, so the officials will only consider the last submitted application. Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate or Post Graduate degree with a minimum of 50% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate or Ph.D. OR Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/ Company Secretary with Bachelor’s degree OR Two-year full-time P.G. Diploma in Management/ full-time MBA degree from Institutions recognized by GOI / UGC with Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

Food Processing

Bachelor’s degree in Food Processing /Food Technology with 50% marks (ST/PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate or Post graduate degree in Food Processing /Food Technology/ Dairy Sciences and /or Dairy Technology with 50% marks (ST/PWBD applicants – 45%)in aggregate from a recognized University/Institution.

Geo Informatics

BE/B.Tech/BSC degree in Geoinformatics with 50% marks (PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate or ME/M.Tech/MSC degree in Geoinformatics with a minimum of 50% marks (PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate from a recognized university.

Information Technology

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Technology/ Computer Applications/Information Technology with 50% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants 45%) in aggregate or a post-graduate degree Computer Science/ Computer Technology/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology with 50% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants 45%) in aggregate from a recognized university.

Company Secretary

Finance

BBA (Finance/Banking)/ BMS (Finance/Banking) with 50% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 45%) OR Two years full time P.G. Diploma in Management (Finance)/ Full time MBA (Finance) degree from Institutions/ Universities recognized by GoI/ UGC OR Bachelor of Financial and Investment Analysis with 50% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 45%)

Statistics
