The recruitment process of an Assistant Statistical Officer has several steps. Firstly, the selection process will be in two phases. The first phase involves shortlisting of candidates based on UP PET score; subsequently, this is followed by written examination, document verification, and medical examination.

  • Shortlisting of Candidates: The first step of the selection process is, therefore, the shortlisting of candidates on the basis of their UP PET score 2025.
  • Consequently, the selection committee invites candidates who are shortlisted based on their UP PET score to participate in a written examination. This test, which consists of three sections with a total of 100 questions, is conducted for a maximum of 100 marks.
