What is NTA YET 2023 Exam?
Yasasvi Entrance Test (YET) is an examination conducted for the students to select them for award of scholarships under the YASASVI Scheme. The National Testing Agency of India (NTA) conducts the exam for class 9 and Class 11 students belong to OBC, EBC and DNT. This NTA Prime Minister PM Young Achievers Scholarship Award YET 2023 exam is an umbrella scheme by the central government. Main aim of NTA YET 2023 Exam is to providing top class school education to OBCs/EBCs & DNTs children. Recently, NTA has released the notification related to this exam and also published a short notice regarding all exam related important dates.
NTA YET 2023 Exam Notification
NTA has released the notification for PM Young Achievers Scholarship Award YET 2023 exam and the notification contains all the details related to the YET exam like online applying process, eligibility, selection criterion, etc. The official body has started online application procedure on 11 July 2023, and the last date to submit the form is 17 August 2023. However, this date of end of submission is the extended date which was declared in the short notice released by the NTA on 10 August 2023. NTA YET 2023 Exam Eligibility
Eligibility criteria of any exam vary on the positions for which a candidate is applying. Moreover, for the PM YET Scholarship Exam 2023, eligibility criterion depends on the parameters given in the notification. Students who are applying for class 9th and class 11th are only eligible for this exam. However, the basic parameters that candidates must meet to satisfy for various positions are provided below:

NTA YET 2023 Exam Application Fees
While submitting the application form for the YET Scholarship Exam successfully, candidates do not have to pay the application fee. NTA does not charge any application fee. So, all the students who are applying for this exam are free from any fee charges.
NTA YET 2023 Exam Apply Online
If you fulfill all the eligibility criterion, you can apply for the exam. To apply for the NTA YET Scholarship Exam 2023, students can download the information bulletin and replica of application form to read carefully. Steps to fill the online application form are given below-
- Register yourself online by visiting NTA official website (Link give in the overview table).
- Note down the system-generated Application Number and login with the same number for filling up the application form.
- Then fill up all the required details like class, exam, examination cities, etc.
- Then upload the scanned photograph, signature and certificates in the prescribed format and size.
- Upload all your required documents (a scanned copy).
- Submit the form and download the pdf for future reference.
NTA YET 2023 Exam Selection Process
The NTA Prime Minister PM Young Achievers Scholarship Award YET 2023 Exam is an exam which is conducting to select the candidates for the scholarship benefits to students of class 9 & 11 all over the India. So, merely appearing in YET or qualifying it does not means that students have the right for award of scholarships. In order to avail the scholarship, students have to fulfill all the eligibility criterions, rank in merit list, verification of original documents, etc. So, if candidates submit the false information in their applications, NTA will rejected all such applications and also debarred them from appearing in examinations.
NTA YET 2023 Exam Pattern
The NTA will conduct the written exam of YET Scholarship in Pen and Paper mode (OMR). Duration of the exam will be of two and half hours (150 minutes) and there will be no negative marking on the wrong answers. The official body conducts the paper in bi-lingual, i.e. English and Hindi medium. Given below is the exam pattern for the YET 2023 Scholarship Exam.

NTA YET 2023 Exam Syllabus
A well-structured syllabus is crucial for successful exam preparation and learning outcomes. NTA YET 2023 Exam Admit Card
Before the commencement of the exam, NTA will release the admit card for the candidates. You can check the official website for updates. The admit card contains all the details like name of exam centre, exam duration, reporting timings, documents you need to take, exam related instructions, etc. Without the admit card, candidates will not get the permission to go inside the exam centre. Candidates need to carry only the following items in the examination venue:
- Admit card
- A simple transparent Blue/Black Ball Point Pen
- Personal transparent water bottle
- 02 Additional passport size photographs, to be pasted on the Admit Card and Attendance Sheet.
- Sugar tablets/fruits (like banana/apple/orange) in case the candidate is diabetic.
NTA YET 2023 Exam Answer Keys
Answer key for this exam will be published on the official website after the successful completion of exam. Candidates can check the official website for the Answer Keys after the commencement of the exam. NTA will also give an opportunity to candidates to make online challenge within a specific period against the provisional Answer Key at free of cost. Candidates will not have to pay any fee for challenging the answer key.
NTA YET 2023 Exam Result
The NTA will evaluate the OMR Answer Sheets as per the standard procedures. Later, NTA will declare the results after the commencement of exam. The official body will release the result on the official website and, NTA will also prepare a state wise and category-wise merit list. According to that merit list, NTA will select the candidates for award of scholarships on the basis of marks secured by them.
