Bihar Primary Teacher Educational Qualification
- The candidate must have finished Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and be in the last year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name it is recognised). OR
- The candidate must have graduated Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and be in the last year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) in line with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2002. OR
- The candidate must have completed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and be in the final year of a four-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) programme. OR
- The candidate must have completed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and be in the last year of a two-year Diploma in Education (Special Education). OR
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree and have completed or be in the final year of a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name it is known).
