Technician Grade I Signal: Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications: A) Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Instrumentation from a recognized University/Institute. Alternatively, candidates can have a B.Sc. degree in a combination of any sub-streams of Physics, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Instrumentation from a recognized University/Institute. B) Three-year Diploma in Engineering in the aforementioned basic streams or a combination thereof. C) Degree in Engineering in the aforementioned basic streams or a combination thereof.

Technician Grade III: Candidates must meet one of the following criteria: Matriculation/SSLC qualification along with an ITI certificate from recognized institutions of NCVT/SCVT in the trade of Forger and Heat Treater, Foundryman, Pattern Maker, or Moulder (Refractory). OR Matriculation/SSLC qualification along with completion of a Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in the related trades.
