NMMS Scholarship 2023-2024 Eligibility

Exclusively designed for deserving and underprivileged students of India, the MCM scholarship scheme requires all applicants to meet the specified eligibility criteria mentioned below in order to qualify for the selection test, which determines the recipients of the scholarship. Prospective applicants for the MCM scholarship must be enrolled as regular students in the 9th grade, having successfully completed 8th grade with a minimum score of 55% or equivalent grades. Applicants must be pursuing their education in government, local bodies, or government-aided schools. To maintain scholarships throughout their higher secondary education, candidates must achieve a minimum of 60% marks in their 10th-grade board examination. In order to retain the scholarship in the 12th grade, scholarship awardees must clear the 11th grade on their first attempt, achieving a score of at least 55% or equivalent. Students belonging to the SC/ST category are granted a 5% relaxation in the required marks. The annual family income of the candidates should not exceed INR 1.5 Lakh. Additionally, students enrolled in NVS, KVS, Sainik schools, and private schools are ineligible to apply for the MCM scholarship.
